Who We Are
Professional frozen food manufacturers
BIG IDEA came into reality in 2022 when professionals from the frozen food industry, have a background of over 15 years of experience in Food Technology, Entrepreneurship & Marketing various brands globally, joined hands to prove the power of collaboration and to make the frozen food dream into reality, formed “VALUE FOODS” Where carefully prepared frozen food with a high standard of hygiene being carried out at the facility in Karachi so that our loved one can enjoy the desired eastern yummy taste.
Primarily company started Frozen Food under private label manufacturing for some AUSTRALIAN, UK & EUROPE BASED companies. However, our own Brand is in pipeline and shall be unveiled by 2024. We have a large range of value-added frozen food products with complete support of blast freezing & cold storage infrastructure. Following is the complete outline of support mechanism under which our company operates.
With increasing preference for Asian cuisines our offerings become all the more important for the above mentioned markets, hence to develop this further and improve our consumer’s culinary experience we take pride in bringing innovation to these categories. e.g. PARATHA-STUFFED PARATHA-WHOLE WHEAT PARATHA-NAAN-SAMOSA –home-made SOFT CHAPATI – SAUCE cutlets, and Asian flavored HALWA/DESSERTS and many more…

EQUIPMENT & environment
Food hygiene is our priority
Total equipments used for the manufacturing are imported from Holland/Germany and some are local tailored made. Production area and equipment are washed with disinfectants imported from UK. Apart from, hand sanitizers, gloves, cleaned uniforms are being used by factory staff further to avoid any sort of contamination.

Talent acquisition made with good technical and based on experienced personnel. Production team comprises of several post-graduated professionals in food technology for the production and quality assurance department and Microbiologists in an in-house Microbiology lab.

Pride in Each Service
Process flow for Wheat/vegetable and meat based products involves product to be processed in chilled state and then immediately blast frozen at temperature of -35°C, which results in achieving the product core temperature of -18°C to -22°C. After processing the products are stored in cold storages for dispatch.

Packaging that keeps the product fresh
All products are packed in attractive food grade polypack/card boxes. The card contains a laminated film, which acts as barrier to atmospheric water vapours from penetrating inside. The box is sealed by hot air thus no glue is used in sealing, this is right in accordance to international standard of Packing.
